That approach runs through Prà, where Graziano Prà has served as winemaker and sole owner since 2007, guiding rather than correcting, and treating precision as a matter of attention rather than force.

Where They Are Now

At Prà, the wine is handled as something to be accompanied, not overridden. Graziano Prà’s position is clear in the glass: character should come forward with definition, not decoration. In Soave, he saw terroir before reputation, and that judgment has anchored the estate’s direction. The wines are built to carry age and to keep their outline over time, which is where his idea of elegance sits: not as polish, but as the result of disciplined work and long view.

Graziano Prà's signature wines include Monte Grande, Otto, Staforte, Colle Sant'Antonio, and Passito Bianco delle Fontane. The range shows a consistent method: each wine is allowed to keep its own contour, while the house style stays rooted in precision and control. Across the lineup, the work is less about imprinting one voice everywhere than about maintaining clarity across different expressions.
