Ina Niiniketo is a Finnish chef, cookbook author, and restaurateur based in Helsinki. She graduated from the Perho culinary school in 2011 and built her career in top restaurants in Finland and Sweden, including work in Stockholm before returning to Finland to open Canvas Canteen in Helsinki’s Punavuori district in 2022. Her cooking is described as seasonal and flavor-driven, with influences from Parisian elegance and Japanese and Nordic minimalism.
