Jacob Leatherman

Jacob Leatherman is the Executive Chef at Triple Creek Ranch in Darby, Montana, where he has crafted the property’s dining program since 2005. Triple Creek Ranch describes him as a Cincinnati native who studied English at Ohio State University before training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, then working in French restaurants in Cincinnati and as Sous Chef at The Home Ranch in Clark, Colorado. He joined Triple Creek Ranch as Executive Sous Chef in 2005, became Executive Chef in February 2006, and was later selected to debut at New York’s James Beard House in 2013.
