i. Biography
Jared Rouben is the president and brewmaster of Moody Tongue Brewing Company in Chicago, a brewery founded in 2014 around the idea of “culinary brewing.” He studied at the Culinary Institute of America and the Siebel Institute of Technology, and previously worked in Michelin-starred kitchens including Martini House in Napa Valley and Per Se in New York before moving into brewing. He also served as brewmaster at Goose Island Beer Company before launching Moody Tongue.
