In Their Words “With the Bee Friendly approach, we do not use certain products, even though they are permitted in organic farming (notably against eudemis, the grape moth); we spray at night, while the bees are asleep.” “This cuvée aims to reduce the ecological footprint through the choice of packaging materials and the integration of the national deposit-return network.” These remarks point to a way of thinking that is attentive to the vineyard’s living ecosystem as well as to the footprint left beyond it.
