Jeremy Fox is a chef from Cleveland, Ohio who became chef-owner of Birdie G’s in Santa Monica, which opened in 2019 at Bergamot Station and is named for his daughter Birdie and grandmother Gladys. He is also associated with Rustic Canyon in Santa Monica, where he took over as chef/owner in 2012 and later served in a chef-partner role; Birdie G’s and Rustic Canyon have been described as part of the same Rustic Canyon Family. His cooking is known for produce-driven, seasonal California cuisine at Rustic Canyon and a more personal, family-inspired Eastern European/Americana direction at Birdie G’s.
