Jocelyn Herland

Jocelyn Herland is a French chef associated with Dorchester Collection properties in Paris and London, including Hôtel Plaza Athénée and Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester. He worked as sous-chef and then chef adjoint at the Plaza Athénée from 2003, became executive chef at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in November 2007, and later returned to Hôtel Plaza Athénée as executive chef in July 2021. In 2026, reporting indicated he was taking operational leadership of the Plaza Athénée kitchens after Jean Imbert’s departure.
