Training at AKA Wine Geek’s BAR program (2010) sits behind Joe Brooke’s bar work across New York City and Los Angeles. The sequence runs from bartender at Starfoods in New York City (from 2004) to Bar Marmont, The Edison, Copa d’Oro, and Next Door Lounge in Los Angeles (until 2012), before moving into the dual role of bar manager and head bartender at Mixology 101 in Original Farmers Market, Los Angeles.
