Johan Jureskog is a Swedish chef and restaurateur based in Stockholm who co-owns Rolfs Kök on Tegnérgatan and Restaurant AG on Kronobergsgatan. Rolfs Kök’s official site identifies him as "krögare" and says he creates the menu together with head chef Magnus Johansson, while AG’s official site identifies AG as his restaurant in Stockholm. Secondary sources describe him as a former member of the Swedish national chef team and note that he has been associated with major hospitality projects in Stockholm since at least 2003.
