i. Biography
Jon Widegren is the Swedish founder of Flippin’ Burgers, which he launched in Stockholm after a U.S. road trip to research burgers and burger culture. He founded the concept in 2011, opened the first restaurant in 2012 on Kungsholmsstrand in Stockholm, and later expanded the brand to new Stockholm locations before selling the business to new owners in 2020.
