i. Biography
Jonas Lagerström is a Swedish chef and entrepreneur who co-founded Etoile in Stockholm in 2018 with Danny Falkeman and later became head chef at Celeste in Stockholm. Etoile received a Michelin star in 2020, and Celeste earned its first Michelin star in June 2024; Visit Stockholm also notes that Lagerström has won the TV competition Kockarnas Kamp twice.
