Jorge Moreira is a Portuguese winemaker based in the Douro who is associated with Quinta de la Rosa and his own project, Poeira, in the Pinhão Valley. He began Poeira in 2001 after buying a vineyard in Provesende, and later took on winemaking responsibilities at Quinta de la Rosa; he is also one of the three founders of the Dão project M.O.B.
