Josh Angus is the Chef Director at Hide in Mayfair, where he has been with the company since its inception and oversees operations across Hide, Hideaway, and The White Horse. Hide says he grew up in Sheffield and began his culinary journey as an apprentice in a two-rosette restaurant, and that he brings more than 18 years of chef experience, including 15 years in Michelin-starred kitchens.
