Juan Gaffuri is the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, where he oversees Elena, Nuestro Secreto, and Pony Line. Four Seasons says he first joined the hotel in 2001 as a commis cook/kitchen assistant and returned in 2011 as Executive Chef after international experience, later helping make Elena a globally recognized steakhouse for dry-aged meats, local ingredients, and porteño cuisine.
