Julian Langworthy

Julian Langworthy is Chief Winemaker & General Manager at Deep Woods Estate in Yallingup, Western Australia, and is also the winemaking lead for the Fogarty Wine Group’s Dalwhinnie brand in Victoria’s Pyrenees. He joined Deep Woods in 2011 after working vintages in France and Canada and holding senior winemaking roles in the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, and Coonawarra. His work has been recognized with major Australian industry honors including James Halliday’s Winemaker of the Year, the Jimmy Watson Trophy, Ray Jordan’s Winemaker of the Year, and Vintage Cellars’ Winemaker of the Year.
