Karam Sethi is the chef-patron and Food & Creative Director of JKS Restaurants, which operates Trishna, Gymkhana, and Hoppers in London. London-born, he trained at the Maurya in Delhi and Zuma in London before opening Trishna in Marylebone in 2008, focusing on southwest coastal Indian cuisine, which earned a Michelin star. Gymkhana, launched in 2013 in Mayfair, was voted National Restaurant of the Year 2014 and holds two Michelin stars, inspired by Anglo-Indian club cuisine.
