i. Biography
Katrina Bravo is the co-owner and Creative Director of Esmé in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, where she and her husband Jenner Tomaska opened the Michelin-starred restaurant in August 2021. She also serves as Creative Director and Owner of Two by Five Hospitality, the Chicago hospitality group founded with Tomaska, and is associated with subsequent projects including Petite Edith in Chicago and Byrdie’s in Louisville. Her background, as described in a Michelin Guide feature, includes a degree in advertising and a move to Chicago after the 2008 economic downturn.
