Kevin O'Connor is a California-based chef, author, forager, and olive oil sommelier known for outdoor and open-fire cooking. Raised in the Sierra Foothills, he brings more than two decades of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens, travel, and live-fire cooking to seasonal dishes for The Mascot's Dawn Patrol.
