Lan Guijun

Lan Guijun is the chef-owner of Yu Zhi Lan, a two-Michelin-starred Sichuan fine dining restaurant in Chengdu's Qingyang District, which he opened in 2011 in an intimate 18-seat villa at 24-1 Changfa Street. He elevates traditional Sichuan cuisine using the 24-flavor profiles without MSG or shortcuts, featuring signature dishes like Golden Thread Noodles made with duck egg yolk noodles and multi-colored lobster noodles. The restaurant gained international acclaim after Anthony Bourdain's 2016 visit and earned two Michelin stars in the 2022 Chengdu Guide.
