Laurent Tourondel

Laurent Tourondel is a French-born chef and restaurateur from Auvergne whose career began with an apprenticeship at age 12 in a Michelin three-star restaurant. He later worked with Jacques Maximin, Michel Troisgros, Claude Troisgros, and Potel & Chabot before moving to the United States in 1992, where he built the BLT restaurant group and later founded LT Hospitality. His concepts have included Cello, BLT Steak, BLT Fish, BLT Prime, BLT Market, and other restaurants in New York, the U.S., Puerto Rico, Hong Kong, and beyond.
