Luis Ronzon is Executive Chef of Ixi'im at Chablé Yucatán in Mexico. After early work with chef Yuri de Gortari and René Redzepi at Noma, he worked at Quintonil before joining Chablé Yucatán in 2016. His recent recognitions include two knives from The Best Chef Awards 2025 and Food and Travel Reader Awards' Chef Revelation 2023.
