Mario Comitale is an Italian chef from Naples who has been the gastronomic lead at Ristorante Limonaia since its 2021 opening, where the restaurant says he helped define its fresh, modern Emilian cuisine focused on local small producers and sustainability. He is also associated with SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel in Windermere, where third-party coverage describes him as the chef behind a modern British menu with Japanese influences and notes Michelin-star recognition for the restaurant in 2024 and 2025.
