Since 2016, Roux has led Cave de L'Orlaya as owner. Her stated focus is single-varietal wine, with the site and the grape kept in close view. She also argues for patience in drinking: "Wine needs time and they should age them.... It's a bit frustrating to see so many wines which are consumed when they are too young."
