The 2019 founding of Rebel Chef in Dallas is the central title attached to Weinstein now. His specialty is CBD products, and the work sits in the same city he claims as home: "I am Michael Weinstein, a Dallas native who still resides in Dallas." The through-line is local without being static. Schooling, kitchen work, ownership, and corporate leadership all point back to one city, but the roles keep changing shape as the work moves from restaurant service to created brands.
