i. Biography
The Climb
Morgan Meier’s cellar work is built on structure. Economics at HEC Lausanne and training at Dijon gave his practice a disciplined frame, and that training shows in the way the work is described: attentive, exacting, and controlled. Since 2015, he has been winemaker at Domaine des Landions in Cortaillod, Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where daily decisions are shaped by the site and by the demands of the vine. Pinot Noir sits at the center of that work, giving it form and focus.
Today
Since 2015 at Domaine des Landions, Morgan Meier has worked with a clear standard: keep the decision-making tied to wine quality. The language is plain, and so is the method it points to. Pinot Noir remains the core of the work in Cortaillod, and the emphasis stays on precision rather than display. “Everything we do and all the decisions we take are dedicated to maximizing wine quality.”
In Their Words “Everything we do and all the decisions we take are dedicated to maximizing wine quality.”

The main markers in Morgan Meier’s profile are straightforward: HEC Lausanne, Dijon, the 2015 start at Domaine des Landions, and the central place of Pinot Noir in the work. Taken together, they describe a winemaker shaped by training, consistency, and a declared focus on quality.
