Nathan Cornwell

Nathan Cornwell is a British chef who became Chef Director at The Woodcote in Graffham, West Sussex in summer 2026 after leading the kitchen at The Silver Birch in Chiswick. The Woodcote says he brings more than fifteen years of experience from kitchens including Le Champignon Sauvage, Kitchen W8, Geranium, Kadeau, Oaxen Krog, and The Barn at Moor Hall, where he helped guide the restaurant to its first Michelin star in 2022. Before The Silver Birch, he spent four years as Head Chef at The Barn at Moor Hall and was appointed Head Chef there in May 2023.
