i. Biography
Nicholas Bazik is the chef and owner of Provenance in Philadelphia’s Society Hill neighborhood. He previously served as Culinary Director for 13th Street Kitchens and spent roughly 15-20 years working in Philadelphia restaurants including Fork, The Good King Tavern, Lacroix at The Rittenhouse, Bistro La Minette, James, Meme, SnackBar, Russet, and La Chinesca. Provenance opened in 2024 on Head House Square and later received a Michelin star, making Bazik one of the city’s notable fine-dining chefs.
