Olivier Nasti, born December 9, 1966 in Belfort, France, is the chef-owner of Le Chambard in Kaysersberg, Alsace, where La Table d'Olivier Nasti holds two Michelin stars since 2014 (first star in 2005) and he also oversees the Winstub du Chambard and Flamme & Co. He trained at prestigious kitchens including Château Servin, Jean-Yves Schillinger in Colmar, Olivier Roellinger in Cancale, and Auberge de l'Ill, before opening Caveau d'Eguisheim in 1993 with his brother and acquiring Le Chambard in 2000. Nasti won Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007, Gault&Millau Cuisinier de l'Année in 2023, and ranked 7th worldwide by La Liste in 2023.
