i. Biography
Pam Heilmann is Master Distiller Emerita at Michter's Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. When she assumed the Master Distiller role at Michter's she became the first woman since Prohibition to serve as Master Distiller at a Kentucky Distillers' Association member distillery. She previously spent nearly fifteen years at Beam Global, including as Distillery Manager at the Booker Noe Distillery in Boston, Kentucky, then the largest bourbon distillery in the world, working alongside former Master Distiller Jerry Dalton.
