Pascal Rigo is a French restaurateur and baker associated with Bay Bread and La Boulange in San Francisco, where he built a bakery-and-restaurant group that later expanded into wholesale and retail operations. He is also identified in French press coverage as the founder of La Boulange and Big Ensemble, and reports note that Starbucks acquired La Boulange in 2012 for about $100 million before he later returned to launch new bakery projects in France and California.
