Paul Proffitt is a British chef who led the kitchen at Henne Kirkeby Kro in Denmark after moving to the Nordics in 2015, and later launched his debut solo restaurant, Pearl by Paul Proffitt, in Sønderhav, southern Jutland. Pearl by Paul Proffitt opened in March 2025 and received its first Michelin star in June 2025, less than three months after opening.
