Philip Chronopoulos

Philip Chronopoulos is a Greek-born chef who has led the kitchens of Palais Royal Restaurant in Paris since 2015, where he develops a French cuisine shaped by Mediterranean and Greek influences. He earned the restaurant’s first Michelin star in 2017 and a second in 2022, and later expanded his remit to become executive chef for Nolinski addresses in Paris and Venice as well as Palais Royal Venezia.
