Philippe Chevrier is a Swiss chef and restaurateur best known for leading Domaine de Châteauvieux in Satigny, where he had been head chef since 1986 and became owner in 1989. He later opened Chez Philippe in Geneva in 2015, extending his restaurant group in the city. The Domaine de Châteauvieux has been described by Michelin as Chef Philippe Chevrier’s base, and the house has held a Michelin star and a 19/20 Gault&Millau rating for more than 20 years.
