Pierre Fonjallaz has been the vigneron-encaveur in biodynamics at Domaine Pierre Fonjallaz - Vins Biodynamiques in Cully since 2000. From 1992 to 2000, he led the family estate in Epesses, Calamin, and Dézaley. The move placed him on the production side of the same estate, with biodynamics at the center of his work.
