Przemysław Klima is the head chef and co-owner of Bottiglieria 1881 in Kraków, a restaurant that became Poland’s first to earn two Michelin stars in 2023. Official restaurant pages present him as the chef behind the kitchen, and coverage from Michelin and industry press places him at the center of Bottiglieria 1881’s rise from one star to two stars. He is also associated with returning to his native Kraków after working in Warsaw restaurants earlier in his career.
