Rachel Lorn is the co-owner and front-of-house operator of Mawn, the Cambodian noodle house in Philadelphia’s Bella Vista neighborhood that opened in 2023, and she co-runs the follow-up restaurant Sao in South Philadelphia with her husband Phila Lorn. Reporting in 2026 describes her as overseeing the guest experience and reservations at Mawn, while earlier coverage identified her as director of banquets at the Logan Hotel before she left that job to work at Mawn full time by spring 2024.
