Rob Katz is the co-CEO and co-founder of Boka Restaurant Group, which was founded in 2002 with Kevin Boehm and includes Boka and Girl & the Goat among its portfolio of restaurants. Boka Restaurant Group says Katz and Boehm were the minds behind the group’s early growth, including the launch of Girl & the Goat with chef Stephanie Izard in 2010.
