Rob Libecans is an English hospitality professional and co-founder of Caretaker’s Cottage in Melbourne, which opened in 2022 on Little Lonsdale Street behind Wesley Church. He is also associated with Three Horses, the sherry-focused sequel venue to Caretaker’s Cottage in Melbourne. Caretaker’s Cottage has been recognized among Australia’s top bars, including winning Best Bar in Australia in The World’s 50 Best Bars rankings in 2024.
