Roberto Torre is an Italian Executive Chef leading the brigade at L'Atelier Joël Robuchon Dubai since 2015. Originally from Italy, he studied at the Hotel School in Salerno and began his career in prestigious hotels in Italy and the Maldives before settling in Paris in 2011, where he spent four years as sous-chef at the one-star Michelin restaurant Chez Jean.
