Ronnie Killen is a Houston-area chef and restaurateur best known as the owner/executive chef behind Killen’s Steakhouse in Pearland and Killen’s Barbecue, which began as weekend barbecue pop-ups before becoming a permanent restaurant in Pearland. He began cooking at age eight, owned Killen’s Kountry BBQ by age 23, later opened Killen’s Sports Café, and has been described as a certified executive chef who once served as assistant executive chef at the White House.
