Ruben Christiaens is the chef at La Villa Lorraine in Brussels, where the restaurant’s official site identifies him as the chef working alongside the house’s current concept. Coverage from Belgian and international food media says he took over the kitchen in January 2026 and brought experience from landmark restaurants including Nuance, De Leest, Eleven Madison Park, Yannick Alléno, Vollmers, and Botanic Sanctuary Antwerp.
