Ruthie Rogers is an American-born British chef and restaurateur who co-founded The River Café in Hammersmith, London, with Rose Gray in 1987 and remains associated with the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant. She is widely identified as the chef/co-founder who oversees the restaurant’s menu and day-to-day culinary direction, and she has also published cookbooks and hosted a podcast focused on food and conversation.
