Sachin Poojary is the Head Chef of INDDEE, a Michelin-starred Indian fine dining restaurant in Bangkok that opened in June 2023. He brings expertise in both Japanese and Indian cuisine, having previously risen to Chef de Cuisine at Wasabi by Morimoto in New York, which was recognized as one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants from 2013 to 2018. At INDDEE, Poojary crafts tasting menus that showcase India's regional diversity through a contemporary fine dining lens, collaborating with Indian food historian Dr. Pushpesh Pant to ensure authenticity and historical relevance. In 2026, he received the Chef of the Year award, and INDDEE was named one of Thailand's Best restaurants.
