Samantha Sanz is a Mexican-born chef from Nogales, Sonora, who built her career in Arizona hospitality, including Talavera at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, elements at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain, and later Post Hospitality in Phoenix. She was named the youngest chef to oversee a Four Seasons kitchen at age 28 and received a James Beard Rising Star Chef nomination in 2019. By 2025, reporting identified her as executive chef for the forthcoming Glenrosa concept at Grass Clippings Rolling Hills in Tempe.
