Sebastian Titz served as head chef at verve by sven at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz from July 2019, where he helped launch the restaurant and led its seasonal, nature-inspired cuisine. Coverage in 2024 reported that he played a major role in the restaurant’s first Michelin star and later left Grand Resort Bad Ragaz to become head chef of Klinik Gut and Restaurant Pinot in Fläsch in 2025.
