Shun Shiroma

Shun Shiroma is a Japanese chef from Okinawa who was appointed executive chef at 3Fils in Dubai in 2022, where he led the kitchen of the Japanese-inspired restaurant. He later became the chef associated with ¡Toma! in Liège, which is listed with him as executive chef and earned a Michelin star in 2024 and 2025. Public profiles also note that he previously worked at Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta Tokyo, the first ramen restaurant in the world to receive a Michelin star.
