Simon Attridge is the Culinary Director at Claridge’s in Mayfair, London, where he oversees the hotel’s culinary operations and restaurant menus. He joined Claridge’s in 2023 after serving as Executive Chef at Gleneagles in Scotland from August 2017, and his appointment was described as a move from one of the UK’s leading luxury hotels to another. His public profile and later coverage also note that he has led Claridge’s kitchen direction since 2023 and has been featured in the hotel’s restaurant and wine programming.
