Stefan Speiser

Stefan Speiser is a chef who was named Chef de Cuisine at Hotel Das Central in Sölden, Austria, in 2024, where the hotel says he leads the Ötztaler Stube and its culinary team. Before returning to Sölden, he spent several years as Executive Chef at APRON in Vienna’s Hotel Am Konzerthaus, where the restaurant was credited with one Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques under his leadership. Official and trade sources also note that he previously worked at Das Central earlier in his career, then later moved through Vienna kitchens before returning to Tyrol in 2024.
