Stephen Harris is the chef patron of The Sportsman, a gastropub in Seasalter, Kent, recognized as a Top 50 Gastropubs winner. He serves as executive chef and consultant for the Noble Rot wine bar and restaurant group in London, overseeing menu design and training kitchen teams across its Bloomsbury, Soho, and Mayfair locations. Harris has contributed recipes and expertise to Noble Rot since its 2015 opening, including adaptations of his signature dishes like slip sole with smoked salt butter.
