Tabata Mey

Tabata Mey is the chef-proprietor of Ombellule in Lyon’s 6th arrondissement, which the restaurant identifies as a gastronomic restaurant created by Tabata and Ludovic Mey. She is also associated with Olive & Artichaut in Nice, whose site describes the project as their own restaurant in the heart of old Nice, and with Osteria Zanchetti in Fossombrone, where industry coverage lists Tabata Mey among the chefs running the kitchen. In 2025, Ombellule received its first Michelin star after opening under the Meys in October 2024.
